Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality
2. Oversee construction activities on site, any Changes to Works and check the drawing to ensure the design can be carried in an effective manner.
3. Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
4. Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.
5. Main point of contact, attend meeting at site, clients and our project team and relevant authorities.
6. Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
7. Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are always adhered.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
2. Strong technical knowledge of design, planning and construction methodologies
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
4. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
