Our team brings nearly two decades of combined experience and has successfully delivered over 1 million square feet of office space across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Ethan leads Mason Miller with over a decade of experience in the interior design and construction industry. Known for his approachable leadership style, Ethan fosters a collaborative and supportive team culture—one where creativity and excellence thrive.​
Professional Background​
Ethan currently serves as Managing Director at Mason Miller Pte Ltd, with more than a decade of experience in interior design and construction. Before this, he was Director of Business Development, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. His earlier roles include Business Development, Project and Construction Management, and Project Manager, providing him with a well-rounded and diverse professional foundation.​
